📋 Description

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence • Own the OneTrust platform and manage the vendor relationship • Serve as the internal technical point of contact for OneTrust • Act as the IT system owner, accountable for platform stability, performance, and lifecycle planning • Oversee upgrades, patches, and release cycles • Coordinate user acceptance testing to validate changes and minimize disruption to end users • Collaborate with the OneTrust Customer Success Manager • Collaborate with the GRC Systems Operations Manager to identify, prioritize, and oversee automation rules, workflows, and templates in OneTrust • Manage and develop role-based access control across all OneTrust modules • Provide second-level technical support for incidents • Maintain and develop documentation and solution architecture documents according to external and internal roadmaps • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS platforms, ideally with OneTrust, ServiceNOW, and enterprise IT environments • Technical knowledge in APIs, integrations, JSON, RBAC, and workflow automation • Ability to work cross-functionally with Privacy, GRC, ICFR, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams • Analytical and documentation skills • Hands-on experience in data modeling and template-based data management • Comfortable managing multiple integration initiatives and coordinating with OneTrust as the vendor and internal teams • Regular computer usage • Ability to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Willingness to travel as required
