📋 Description

• Build the sales function independently, from lead research through to qualified meetings • Identify suitable clients, such as medical practices, law firms, and businesses • Build your own pipeline through email, phone, LinkedIn, or networking • Conduct initial conversations with decision-makers and qualify clients and budgets • Participate in pitch calls and guide clients through to signing • Work directly with the founders • Develop the sales process together with the team

🎯 Requirements

• You have sales experience—whether in B2B, an agency, or a completely different field—and can demonstrate results • Ability to conduct independent cold outreach • Confident and professional communication with doctors, lawyers, and business owners • Ability to quickly assess whether a prospective client is a good fit • Understanding of social media and the ability to explain the value of Reels for attracting new patients • Entrepreneurial mindset • Independent, self-directed work on a freelance basis • Excellent written and spoken German
