📋 Description

• Editing social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) • Independently processing raw footage including sound design, effects, and timing • Close collaboration with our Creative Team • Optimizing videos for performance (retention, hooks, pacing) • Co-developing new video formats and editing styles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) • Strong understanding of social media content and trends (TikTok/IG) • Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual hooks • Independent and structured working style • Reliability and fast turnaround • Motivation to contribute long-term to major projects
