📋 Description
• Provide Tier 1 operational support to client users, suppliers, and the program team • Manage shared email accounts and the helpdesk, handling tickets and inquiries through successful resolution • Ensure compliant contractor onboarding • Manage the full-cycle invoice error resolution and validation process, including accounting code issues and invoice aging follow-up • Complete program compliance audits • Validate rehire restrictions • Process data-entry updates • Review case-management activity and operationalize findings • Monitor timesheet approvals and delays • Support security ID request processing • Monitor program reports, identify issues, and take action • Perform assessments/audits according to the agreed scope • Monitor tenure through reporting in collaboration with the service delivery team • Update QRGs • Manage assignment and work-order changes • Follow up on workflow items pending approval
