📋 Description

• Lead the creation and implementation of a structured acquisition and teardown module. • Develop and execute comprehensive procedures for engine acquisition, teardown, maintenance, and sales. • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on engine acquisition, leasing, and sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with engine suppliers, lessors, and airlines. • Ensure all engines meet or exceed stringent safety, regulatory, and performance standards. • Identify new business opportunities in engine sales and leasing to drive revenue growth. • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven track record in engine acquisition, leasing, and sales within the aviation industry. • Established relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation and engine supply sectors. • Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams. • Deep understanding of engine inspection, maintenance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Proficiency in analyzing and validating technical documentation, including engine cycle readings and maintenance records. • Familiarity with Parts Procurement Worksheets (PPW) and their operational implications. • Commitment to upholding and enhancing quality assurance standards. • Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations. • Exceptional ability to develop strategies, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions. • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
