📋 Description
• Define and own the product roadmap for BNBChain ecosystem verticals • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking • Translate ecosystem-level strategy into actionable product requirements • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration • Use on-chain data to inform product decisions • Produce internal research reports for senior leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of product management experience in Web3 / blockchain • Proven track record of shipping products on a major chain • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: account models, smart contracts, gas mechanics, consensus, cross-chain bridges • Experience with DeFi protocols: AMMs, lending markets, stablecoins, liquidity incentive mechanisms • Strong familiarity with on-chain data tools (Dune Analytics, DefiLlama, BscScan, Etherscan) • Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Data-driven decision making: comfortable defining KPIs, building dashboards • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited resources
