📋 Description

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations and the consolidation of international subsidiaries • Prepare monthly/quarterly flux analysis and internal reporting packages • Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor invoice processing, receipt matching, credit card transactions and ensure compliance with corporate policies • Perform treasury operations, including daily and weekly cash postings and reconciliations between multiple subsidiaries and currencies, initiating and tracking intercompany transfers and assisting with short-term cash flow forecasting • Provide audit support and tax compliance documentation • Help identify and implement opportunities for process improvements • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and investor reporting • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • 2+ years of experience in operational accounting; fintech, MCA, or lending experience is a plus • Strong understanding of GAAP • Proficiency with Excel, experience with Netsuite, Ramp and FloQast is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience with high-volume transactions and reconciliations is preferred.
