📋 Description

• Your role focuses on interfacing with clients and internal teams to build excellent digital products. • You are open-minded, resilient, and self-driven with a passion for digital products. • You are a persuasive, clear, and empathetic communicator who values proactive, transparent communication with clients and collaborators. • You appreciate structured, well-organized processes while remaining flexible and able to adapt to each client's needs and context. • You are creative and organized — a strategist driven to make an impact. • Day-to-day responsibilities include active client communication, managing expectations and scope delivery, proposing strategic ideas to empower clients’ businesses, and acting as a bridge to our internal teams. • You will be responsible for defining scope and process specifications and negotiating these with clients. • You will also manage the backlog and devise strategies to tackle it together with Design and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product-focused role • Clear, cohesive, and proactive communication skills • Strong command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written) • Ability to create empathy and build trust among different stakeholders • Experience negotiating scope, capacity, and timelines with stakeholders • Passion for the IT industry and product development • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and product outcomes • Ability to detect problems and turn them into opportunities • Broad understanding of web technologies and their development lifecycle • Ability to specify small, incremental deliverables based on product requirements and vision • Ability to discuss trade-offs that promote the highest value for the product • Awareness of team members’ skills and strengths
