🎯 Requirements

•You have deep technical knowledge and have been creating high-quality assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Unity 3d. •You bring experience working in mobile free-to-play environments, ideally in the midcore genre, where performance marketing meets stylized world-building. •You understand the nuances of designing assets that maintain visual quality while hitting performance metrics. •You’re fluent in gameplay capture and editing, able to find the emotional pulse of the experience and translate it into content that sparks curiosity and excitement. •From 15-second vertical TikToks to 60-second trailers, you understand the language of digital storytelling. •You know how to organize your files, document your process, and set others up for success. •You design not just for the asset but for the system it fits into: style guides, templates, and asset libraries are your toolkit.
