📋 Description

• Support leadership with decision making by providing cost calculations, risks and benefits analysis, resources and feasibility analysis, execution strategies for the new milestones, goals, initiatives, and projects. • Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting processes. • Identify, track, and escalate decisions that are blocking product development in a timely manner, and follow up with the team to support resolution and maintain alignment on timelines and context. • Partner with the Project Manager and the team in planning scenarios for product milestones scope, timelines, and cost to be presented to the leadership. • Collaborate with leadership and the team to identify hidden inefficiencies in existing processes, and find solutions to optimise the delivery time and cost. • Standardize recurring operational processes so the company can operate and scale more smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry. • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams/cross-functional teams. • Experience working in pre-revenue/pre-profit startups and companies with established operational processes. • Experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, cost optimization, company documentation management. • Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams. • Fluent English and strong communication skills both written and spoken. • Will be a plus: Experience in game development or mobile apps development. • Will be a plus: Experience with web3 projects. • Will be a plus: Experience with (or a good understanding of) project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and the judgment to apply them pragmatically.
