📋 Description
• Responsible for checking and analyzing invoices at the time of material/merchandise receipt, ensuring they comply with established guidelines. • Enter and follow up on invoices in the TOTVS system (NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e). • Identify and correct discrepancies and errors in invoices, such as freight inconsistencies, mismatches between orders and goods, incorrect units of measure, tax errors, among others, applying the necessary corrections to enable correct posting in the system. • Maintain constant communication with Local Purchasing, Carriers, Material Planners, Warehouse and Fiscal Backoffice to ensure the proper flow and entry of invoices. • Support the posting of invoices related to imported goods, ensuring compliance with tax and procedural regulations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related fields. • Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation. • Experience with tax bookkeeping and processes related to invoices. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of the TOTVS system is desirable. • Willingness to work 100% remotely (home office). • Must reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area.
