📋 Description
• Verify and analyze invoices upon receipt of materials/goods. • Enter and follow up invoices in the Totvs system (NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e). • Identify and correct discrepancies and errors on invoices. • Maintain ongoing communication with Local Purchasing, Carriers, Materials Planners, Warehouse, and Fiscal Backoffice. • Support the posting of invoices related to imported goods.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. • Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation. • Experience with tax bookkeeping and processes related to invoices. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of the Totvs system is desirable. • Willingness to work 100% remotely. • Must reside in RS (Rio Grande do Sul) for in-person training.
