📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and data models) that support operational and strategic decision-making. • Translate business requirements into scalable data models and meaningful visualizations. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable and timely data availability. • Work closely with Data Engineers to improve data quality, performance, and architecture. • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent metric definitions. • Improve existing reporting solutions, focusing on usability, performance, and maintainability. • Support data governance practices and documentation standards. • Troubleshoot data issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role. • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. • Experience building interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling). • Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus. • Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices. • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) is considered an advantage. • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
