📋 Description

• Manage Digital Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of our primary digital pillars, including our website, social media channels, and email newsletters, in alignment with our overarching growth strategy. • Serve as Digital Asset Specialist: Organize, maintain, and optimize internal systems for managing digital files, media kits, and brand communications assets to ensure seamless team access. • Support Content Workflows: Assist in the creation, formatting, and scheduling of engaging content for social media channels and external newsletters. • Maintain Website Infrastructure: Support routine website management updates, layout tweaks, and content refreshes to ensure our digital presence is accurate and engaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in digital communications, marketing, copywriting, or a closely related field. • Adaptable, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with an eagerness to master new tools and systems in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns (Mailchimp highly preferred) and pulling digital metrics (Google Analytics preferred). • Strong problem-solving skills with the initiative to troubleshoot tech tools and explore creative digital layouts. • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and detail-oriented formatting skills.
