• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and networking. • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate their value to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Building on newly established client relationships post sale, nurturing more mature business relationships within the client’s user base, driving utilization of PlanHub’s product platforms. • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software. • Upsell services and products with the brand image. • Promote value through trust and customer experience. • Responsible for the overall health, activation, and ongoing nurture of General Contractors on the PlanHub platform.
• SaaS solutions - Construction space preferred. • Experience using HubSpot, preferred. • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of inbound sales experience. • Working knowledge of current tech stack: GSuite, Zoom. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence. • Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills. • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and tenacity with a track record of surpassing quotas or performance targets. • Balanced thinking and action, long term strategic planning and short-term execution. • Strong understanding of contact management and sales automation tools. • Strong passion for customer service. • Excellent organizational skills.
