📋 Description

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Windows Server Infrastructure, File/Print Services, Active Directory Services, Office 365 including Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SCCM, physical servers, storage, and other systems • Install, repair, patch, and maintain existing technologies • Comply with NRI methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures, including the Business Management System and Service Management Methodology • Liaise with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues • Maintain documentation according to contractual obligations • Assist with on-premise and public cloud-based projects • Facilitate or participate in client and third-party technology engagements • Generate infrastructure reporting • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within SLA and communicate with clients • Participate in continuous improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience as a Wintel/Cloud Engineer in a managed service environment or large government agency • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration • Strong background in Active Directory, GPO, Certificates, Azure, M365, Citrix, and VMware • Familiarity with security and compliance in cloud environments • Azure experience including resource management, networking, security, governance, billing, cost management, and optimization • Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security, and compliance • Citrix experience with DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and user profile management • VMware experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and virtualization best practices • Experience with automation, scripting, and coding • Knowledge of security best practices and data protection principles • Experience with user and security administration in an Entra and M365 environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Certifications are a plus
