📋 Description
• Draft working drawings and MEP (electrical/plumbing) layouts based on approved architectural and structural designs • Ensure all drawings meet our standards for dimensioning, annotation, and layer/format consistency • Turn around revision requests quickly and accurately within SLA • Support architects and structural engineers with any additional drafting needs across active projects • Maintain organized, well-labeled drawing files for easy handoff and reference • Flag any inconsistency between architectural and structural inputs before finalizing drawings
🎯 Requirements
• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Draughtsmanship • 1+ years of hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience • Strong attention to detail and consistent drawing discipline • Comfortable reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
