• Overseeing the accounting staff and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, cash flow management and strong analytics. • Working with the VP of Finance to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly financial statements, reducing closing time to 20 business days. • Identify budget risks. • Streamline process, including further automation of closing process. • Improve reporting to operating units. • Collaborate with VP of Procurement to develop strong analytics surrounding medical supply costs. • Work with VP of Finance to assess finance organization structure and perform a gap analysis of overall group competencies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations. • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
