• Provide strategic leadership and oversight in governance excellence • Develop governance standards and best practices • Collaborate with national board leaders and affiliate CEOs • Provide oversight of national board and committee work plans • Support the Vice President of Governance in advisory roles
🎯 Requirements
• 10-12 years of relevant work experience • Ability to design and implement governance policies • Strong discretion and judgment in sensitive governance matters • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong project and program management skills • Comfortable leading with a multicultural workforce
