Manufacturing β’ Artificial Intelligence β’ SaaS
Plasiv is a manufacturing intelligence SaaS platform that replaces disconnected spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and point tools with a single system for planning, simulation, and factory validation across multi-site production operations. It unifies process planning, time standards, line balancing, discrete-event simulation, factory data validation, and lean practices into a continuous loop (plan β simulate β validate) and uses an AI layer to predict bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and detect anomalies. Built for industrial and manufacturing engineers and enterprise operations teams, Plasiv emphasizes rapid deployment, real-time KPIs, cross-site visibility, and security (SOC 2 Type II). The platform targets reduction of CapEx/OpEx waste, decreases non-value-added time, and scales manufacturing best practices across plants.
