📋 Description
• Support AI-driven automation workflows for communication and marketing. • Prepare accurate reports and performance dashboards on campaign results. • Write and edit articles, updates, and communication materials. • Ensure message compliance, accuracy, and delivery success. • Provide minimal direct customer communication if required. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and automation processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with email marketing tools, SMS platforms, and automation systems. • Knowledge of AI automation tools is a strong advantage. • Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills. • Excellent written communication in English and Arabic. • Prior experience in digital marketing, customer communication, or automation preferred. • Ability to operate an Intercom system will be a huge advantage.
