📋 Description

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders • Explain utility options to renters • Communicate with renters by phone, text, and email • Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters • Contact utility providers when needed • Ensure renter utility orders are completed and verified • Assist with additional client or team support activities as time allows • Proactively update team members on work • Handle sensitive customer information securely

🎯 Requirements

• Available to work full-time hours with some weekend availability • Fluent in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening and attention skills • Persistence in completing utility order processes and following up by phone, text, and email • Proactive team updates • Ability to maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information • Willingness to complete a standard background check • Comfortable using and learning new technology • Ability to work with multiple applications and windows • Highly organized and able to track multiple tasks in a high-volume environment • Ability to multitask • Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic • Ability to adapt to changing processes and utility options • Goal-oriented and competitive • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection • Experience working with customers in sales and/or customer service • Must work remotely from Mexico or a location within 2 hours of the US Central Time Zone • Must use own equipment as an independent contractor
