• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers. • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database. • Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any discrepancies. • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate and update reports as required. • Willingness to make phone calls to providers to ensure accuracy for provider.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, research, or a related field preferred. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks. • Data Entry Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills, with experience in using data entry software or systems. • Research Skills: Ability to conduct online research to find accurate information about utility providers. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to verify and validate data. • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of work efficiently. • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to new processes and tools quickly. • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with utility services and providers is a plus. • Experience with GIS: Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or mapping tools. • Previous Work in Utilities: Experience working with utility companies or in a related industry.
