PlayMagic is a game development studio specializing in premium game development across various platforms such as consoles, PC, and VR, with prior experience in mobile, motion sensing, and serious games. Currently, the company operates as a fully remote studio, employing over 40 talented individuals worldwide, with the majority of its management team based in Europe and a 17-person engineering team in Mexico. PlayMagic engages in Work For Hire projects for third-party companies (including co-development/staff augmentation, full cycle development, porting, and prototyping) as well as developing original games and intellectual properties. The core team comprises veterans from AAA developers and publishers like Activision, Microsoft, EA, Square, Sony, Psygnosis, Ubisoft, and Sega. The company has contributed to a variety of high-profile AAA and AA projects for clients such as Sumo, Tencent, Activision (COD), TLM, Square, Lego, SmileGate, InExile, Archiact, 4A Games, Microids, Aspyr, and many others. PlayMagic is currently developing a series of original game prototypes across multiple genres, including squad-based, real-time tactical shooters, third-person action adventures, FPS (licensed), and driving adventures. The company is a certified developer for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
