📋 Description
• Act as the primary finance business partner for the Product and R&D function • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and business case development for Product initiatives • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to evaluate ROI, roadmap prioritisation, and performance metrics • Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear financial narratives
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ of work experience across finance business partnering, strategy and / or consulting • Ideally proven experience supporting a Product or R&D function in a tech/SaaS environment • Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with clarity and confidence • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
