📋 Description

• Oversee cloud security governance and monitoring • Maintain a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solution • Collaborate with DevOps, IT, development, and GRC teams as a Google Cloud subject-matter expert • Support and maintain cloud-native security controls • Conduct security reviews for cloud environments • Develop documentation outlining security recommendations and best practices • Identify weak spots, missing controls, and vulnerabilities, and provide recommendations for improvement and remediation • Monitor emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and cloud security controls • Participate in investigations and responses to potential security incidents • Implement automation for security-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical security role • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Google Workspace • Strong knowledge of CSPM and DSPM solutions • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture best practices, managed services, typical vulnerabilities, mitigations, and security best practices • Familiarity with modern application development approaches, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, serverless, and code/artifact repositories • Broad IT and enterprise architecture knowledge, including TCP/IP stack, relevant protocols and technologies, firewalls, proxies, Windows/Linux server OS, and web/database servers • Basic scripting skills in Python/Shell • Basic understanding of AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automation, and security workflows • Effective spoken and written English communication • Ability to operate effectively within an enterprise environment • Knowledge of AWS cloud is an advantage • Relevant security, systems, or networking certifications are an advantage
