📋 Description

• Resolve complex DevOps tasks • Lead Product Operations and DevOps engineers • Conduct comprehensive audit of existing service management processes • Establish operational performance indicators and plan • Provide immediate response for alerts • Liaise with SL1/SL3, 3rd parties, and internal stakeholders • Provide regular reports to direct manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering • 5+ years experience as DevOps engineer or SRE engineer • 1+ years of leading/management experience • Strong understanding of ITIL framework • Hands-on experience in production environments • Strong experience in Linux, network, Docker, configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet), CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins), Cloud services (AWS), Orchestration (Kubernetes, Nomad) • Experience in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios/Sensu) and logging solutions (Elastic Stack, Loki) • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Programming skills in Python/Bash
