📋 Description

• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends • Coordinate incident response efforts as part of a team • Collaborate with IT and security teams to address security incidents promptly • Communicate with management, technical staff, and end-users • Manage, analyze, and investigate security incidents reported by Playtech’s security technology • Analyze security log data from heterogeneous security devices and critical environments • Support, maintain, and operate security infrastructure and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in IT, ideally in a security or technical support role • Understanding of IT systems and system architecture principles • Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI network protocol stack, including IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, HTTP(s), and SSH • Familiarity with Networking, Windows, and Unix Operating Systems • Knowledge of security trends, tools, and products • Understanding of threat intelligence sources, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and threat hunting techniques • Basic knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP • Meticulous attention to detail when analyzing logs, alerts, and security data • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing threat landscapes and evolving security technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work on a shift basis, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts • Good English communication skills • Prior experience handling security incidents, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery is advantageous • Experience with SOC tools such as SIEM, Incident Management, Threat Intelligence, and SOAR is advantageous
