📋 Description
• Monitor the team’s operational indicators • Support the execution of action plans assigned by coordination, ensuring daily tracking of results • Conduct feedback sessions, provide individual guidance and routine alignments, reinforcing behavior and processes • Monitor compliance with schedules, working hours, breaks and timekeeping for the team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress • Easy access to the South Zone • Solid experience in a supervisory role • Native or fluent English
