📋 Description
• Ensuring that Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws • Staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment • Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations • Identifying and addressing compliance risks • Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks • SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations • General Compliance tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field a plus • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills • Analytical Skills • Finance knowledge • Attention to detail and ability to work independently • Experience in financial regulation and compliance • Relevant additional qualifications and skills include knowledge of Lithuanian regulations, experience in the cryptocurrency industry, and certification in compliance or related fields.
