📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate transformation projects using IMPACT Engine System™, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. • Manage day-to-day delivery activities across engagements; coordinate multiple client workstreams (scheduling, document management, reporting, meeting facilitation). • Support client teams through each IES stage, delivering assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and MVP implementations. • Track action items, dependencies, risks; escalate blockers early and keep stakeholders informed. • Ensure alignment with the IES delivery framework; promote use of standard tools and templates. • Act as operational point of contact for client stakeholders and consultants; prepare agendas and status reports. • Facilitate internal and client team meetings; capture decisions and maintain momentum. • Support change management and communications activities to ensure timely and consistent messaging. • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal delivery toolkit and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in consulting, transformation, or PMO environments. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple engagements. • Solid communication and facilitation abilities, with experience preparing client-ready documents and managing stakeholder communications. • Experience supporting business transformation, strategic projects, or PMO development initiatives. • Comfortable with both traditional and agile methodologies; familiarity with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. • IMPACT Engine System™ experience preferred but not required (training/certification available). • PMP or other project management certifications preferred. • Collaborative, proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
