📋 Description

• Assist with clean-up and review of the following items as requested by other team members: Revenue coding, Payroll, Balance sheet accounts • Collaborator on financial close as needed, helping to ensure clients books from the past month are closed by the committed upon deadline each month • Owning the monthly financial review for a number of clients, and as new clients come on board • Review, code, and match transactions for bank feeds • Identify trends and suggest rules, Research and flag unknown transactions • Assist with new client clean up work • Own the Outcome of complex problem solving, research, and drafting questions to clients • Display ability to communicate and keep team and client up-to-date • Deliver the ProfitCoach Experience throughout projects as they come up • Inbox oversight and email review, assist other team members with client email and slack communications

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Good written communication • Excellent problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented • Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support • Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO) • Experience in Xero • Understanding of property management accounting • Familiarity with the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts • Experience in AppFolio, navigating to reports • Payroll processing and payroll tax filing experience • Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review
