📋 Description

• Review Commercial Loan documents based on the credit approvals. • Ensure all required documents are received and executed accurately. • Service the loan, including advances, payments, reprice setting, etc. • Validate construction due diligence requirements and monitor construction progress and draw requirements. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to deal structures. • Consult and advise customers and investors on transactions.
