• Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across POS and integrated payments. • Establish predictable pipeline generation and forecasting processes. • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing direct sales team. • Drive performance through disciplined pipeline management, KPIs, and consistent sales methodology. • Partner with marketing to optimize demand generation and conversion. • Build and expand Linga’s indirect sales ecosystem, including: Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Dealer networks, White-label partners. • Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks. • Drive attachment rates and revenue growth for payments solutions across all channels. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience.
• 6+ years of sales leadership experience in POS, payments, SaaS, or fintech. • Proven success managing both direct and indirect (channel/ISO/dealer) sales models. • Strong track record of driving high-growth revenue environments. • Experience scaling a sales organization and building repeatable processes. • Deep understanding of merchant services, payment processing, and POS ecosystems SMB merchants. • Experience with white-label partnerships and referral-based sales models. • Background in hospitality, restaurant, or retail technology is highly desirable. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to effectively coach and develop team members. • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
