🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a technical services, implementation engineering, or healthcare IT support role, ideally in the medical imaging industry. •Advanced knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and radiology or cardiology workflows. •Hands-on experience with PACS/RIS systems, modality configuration, and healthcare integrations. •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on high-priority technical issues. •Comfortable working with Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), and APIs. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Deep understanding of data privacy and security in healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHIPA, SOC2, etc.)
