📋 Description
• Help build a strong development team that will deliver the vision for the project. • Manage, support, and mentor the development team to deliver high-quality code and solutions. • Schedule and set deadlines for tasks. • You will be vigilant for and resolve new problems, delays and risks to the delivery of the team's objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 4+ years of professional experience as a Lead Developer. • Experience leading a development team (in-house and/or contractors). • Good and time available to answer other developers questions throughout the day if needed. • Game development experience. • Fluent in English.
