📋 Description

• Manage the Institute's project portfolio end-to-end: schedule, scope, deliverables, and performance indicators. • Prepare and submit technical proposals for calls for proposals and funding opportunities. • Monitor field implementation: visits to cooperatives and hubs. • Build and maintain relationships with funders, cooperatives, public authorities, and institutional partners. • Liaise with Polen's clients who finance the projects. • Develop and coordinate the actions of the communication and environmental education plan required by regulatory bodies. • Prepare technical reports and financial accountability reports for funders and environmental agencies. • Represent the Institute at events, hub inaugurations, and sectoral forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in socio-environmental projects or the third sector (nonprofit). • Genuine interest in the recycling value chain and the reality of waste pickers. • Strong institutional communication skills, both with cooperatives and with large companies. • Availability to travel. • Experience preparing technical proposals and/or fundraising. • Familiarity with environmental regulatory frameworks (Brazil's National Solid Waste Policy — PNRS, and reverse logistics). • Experience in communication and environmental education areas.
