• Problem anticipation: Identify and resolve issues before they impact unit performance. • Conflict reduction: Mediate and resolve disputes between franchisees and the franchisor, seeking solutions that strengthen the relationship. • Partnership strengthening: Support the franchisor and franchisees, promoting a collaborative and strategic relationship. • Network standardization: Ensure correct application of processes and standards established by the franchisor. • Franchisee support and management: Closely monitor franchisee performance, providing continuous support and guidance to achieve targets. • Transfer of best practices: Share and disseminate best practices across network units to optimize results. • Goal deployment and monitoring: Monitor and assist in the rollout of goals established for each unit under your management.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience as a Field Consultant within franchise networks. • Bachelor's degree. • Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced). • Sales techniques and team management skills. • Experience in process auditing. • Strategic vision for goal deployment and performance monitoring.
