📋 Description

• Respond quickly to inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to maximize connections and consultations booked. • Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a paid consultation. • Handle objections professionally, and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment with confidence and empathy. • Follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert or are disqualified. • Ensure every potential client feels heard, respected, and supported - regardless of outcome. • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions in HubSpot or other applicable software. • Use AI-generated call summaries to support your own follow-up and self-coaching. • Engage with ManyChat conversational flows to manage and respond to inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels. • Manage consultation scheduling and follow up with leads that require reminders, rescheduling, or additional information. • Consistently hit and exceed daily and weekly performance goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up activity. • Act as the bridge between prospective clients and our Consultation Specialists, ensuring a smooth, client-centric handoff. • Provide structured and timely feedback to your Lead Appointment Setting Specialist on lead quality, objections, and client concerns. • Uphold empathy and professionalism in every interaction, representing the firm's values at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English. • 2-3 years in high-volume B2C environments with a track record in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales.. • Strong persuasive communication skills: you are able to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas. • Experience working with a CRM and managing high-volume lead flow. • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms as part of a structured daily workflow. • Organized, disciplined, and resilient - you thrive on hitting targets and following structured processes. • Growth mindset, adaptable, and collaborative - you take feedback seriously and act on it. • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM. • Familiarity with ManyChat or other conversational marketing tools. • Experience in legal, healthcare, or other high-stakes, high-empathy environments.
