âą Design and build AI tooling onboarding systems that automatically configure and recommend the appropriate tools, workflows, and skill paths to individuals based on their role and use case, reducing time-to-productivity for new and existing team members âą Develop and maintain the infrastructure that supports deployment, configuration, and operational scaling of AI tooling across the organization, ensuring reliability, resilience, telemetry coverage, and ease of adoption across teams âą Build custom internal applications and harnesses around AI agents and tooling, integrating systems that span engineering and cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance âą Partner directly with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate opportunities for AI-assisted automation, and design practical solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency âą Evaluate, research, integrate, and configure third-party AI tools (coding assistants, LLM orchestration frameworks, agent platforms, and others) to match organizational needs as the landscape evolves, helping teams adopt scalable and maintainable workflows rather than fragmented one-off solutions âą Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI coding agents to produce well-structured, maintainable code at pace, while helping standardize and improve AI-assisted development workflows across engineering teams
âą Demonstrated engineering experience building real systems: you have shipped working software and understand how to architect something maintainable, not just get it running âą Strong consultative and problem-solving instincts: you can work directly with stakeholders to understand operational pain points, scope practical solutions, and translate ambiguous requirements into executable systems and workflows âą Hands-on experience working with AI agents and LLM-based systems: you have built harnesses, integrations, or tooling on top of agent frameworks or LLM SDKs (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar) and understand how these systems behave in practice âą Proven ability to work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent) as a core part of your daily development workflow: daily AI-assisted coding is a baseline expectation for this role, not an occasional tool âą Self-directed execution: you take a project brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and drive to delivery without needing constant direction; you communicate proactively and flag blockers early
âą Remote first global workforce âą Industry leading Medical, Dental and Vision health insurance* âą Company matching 401k with 3% match* âą $1,500 Home Office Set Up Allowance (life-time max) âą $200 AI Program Allowance âą $75 Monthly internet or phone reimbursement âą Flexible Time Off âą Company issued laptop âą Egg freezing, mental health, and employee wellness benefits
