📋 Description
• Identify and engage key players across the payments and stablecoins ecosystem: banks, fintechs, PSPs, CEXs, wallets, and market makers. • Champion Polygon Labs’ product suite and roadmap - highlighting use cases like on-chain FX, cross-border remittances, and the upcoming Polygon Payments Network. • Prioritize strategic partners and corridors; shape pilots, integrations, and long-term opportunities. • Stay ahead of the regulatory curve by analyzing and reporting on evolving policies impacting digital payments and blockchain in the region. • Translate complex developments into actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners. • Co-create and execute GTM plans with top-tier ecosystem players; maintain momentum through recurring engagement and clear value delivery. • Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and internal briefings to support execution. • Manage deliverables across cross-functional teams - legal, engineering, marketing, finance - to ensure end-to-end success. • Maintain and improve internal BD tools: CRMs, dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers. • Own operational clarity across all active initiatives in the region.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain - especially with payments, stablecoins, or institutional crypto. • Strong network across Mexico and Central America’s financial and fintech ecosystem. • Proven ability to lead strategic BD initiatives and drive cross-functional execution. • Deep understanding of on-chain finance, including DeFi, stablecoins, and institutional yield. • Working knowledge of regional crypto regulations and their impact on financial products. • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and storytelling ability. • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
