📋 Description

• Maintain and build essential internal systems that power day-to-day operations across the company • Build internal tools that help mission-critical teams (customer support, operations) work smarter and faster • Work on customer service APIs and quick internal solutions to support a growing organization • Move fast and ship often, launching small improvements and fixes regularly • Work across the stack touching both frontend and backend code • Collaborate constantly with internal users to gather feedback and iterate • Write clean, reliable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience • Solid experience building full-stack web applications • Strong skills in Typescript, Javascript (ES6+), and CSS • Experience with React and Node.js (Next.js is a bonus) • Great communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working with others to solve real problems • A bias for action—you’re comfortable shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback • A builder’s mindset—you enjoy making tools that make life easier for others • A passion for the blockchain, decentralized finance, & freedom of speech. • (Plus) Experience building internal admin tools or dashboards • (Plus) Familiarity with customer service tooling • (Plus) Background in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications • (Plus) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
