📋 Description

• Define, implement and monitor commercial strategies in line with the company’s policies and commercial planning; • Participate in the annual planning process, contributing market analyses, forecasts, expansion opportunities and commercial best practices; • Coordinate the implementation of the area's strategic plan, ensuring execution of actions and projects and enabling delivery of results against the established budget; • Create and manage commercial KPIs, ensuring alignment and achievement of targets, as well as maintaining the sales pipeline; • Develop and monitor the commercial budget, focusing on efficiency and optimization of resources to achieve commercial results; • Establish commercial policies and ensure compliance in all operations; • Lead initiatives for new business models, commercial projects and the evolution of consultative sales processes; • Lead, guide and develop the Commercial team, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture; • Identify and address gaps in sales techniques, consultative relationship skills and commercial management; • Work directly on strategic negotiations and high-value contracts with key clients and partners; • Represent the company at agribusiness events, trade shows and strategic forums; • Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders and relevant opinion leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial management, prospecting, negotiation and team leadership; • Results-oriented with experience defining commercial policies and strategies, KPIs, budgets, targets and lead management; • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales funnel management and commercial process management; • Excellent leadership skills and experience developing teams, strong communication, negotiation and strategic vision; • Solid knowledge of beef cattle production (breeding, rearing, finishing) and animal nutrition; • Knowledge and experience in marketing/sales of technology for agribusiness, with clear understanding of benefits and value generation for this market; • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy or related fields; • Intermediate English and Spanish; • Valid driver’s license (CNH) and availability for frequent travel; • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Mato Grosso region. • Experience in selling technology for agribusiness; • Completed postgraduate degree in related areas (Management, Agribusiness, Commercial); • Experience managing international markets; • Experience with feedlot management and feed manufacturing; • Familiarity with Ponta solutions (TGC, TGR, ECO, BEEF, EFFICIENCY, etc.).
