📋 Description
• Test with precision: Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes. • Support our users: Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl. • Streamline feedback: Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• Someone who has extreme attention to detail (In your application mention “EATD”) • A self-starter who is enthusiastic, great with people, skilled in trouble shooting, and excited to become our newest Popl expert. • General tech support experience with SaaS products • Ability to troubleshoot technological difficulties • Ability to work with our SQL backend (training provided)
