📋 Description

• You are the strategic brain behind my operation. An extension of my brain. • Thinks ahead — you spot problems before they ever reach me • Builds systems — recruiting, operations, processes — you build them from scratch • Researches & decides — you find best practices and bring them in, I don't have to go looking • Manages the EA — you delegate execution downstream so nothing falls through the cracks • Output: leverage — you multiply what I can think about, decide, and build • The EA handles execution. You handle everything that makes execution possible. • Design the play. They run it. • Your success will be managed by leverage created, NOT tasks completed.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ hours per day • 6-7 days per week • Fast as hell. Texts quick. Follows up quick. Closes loops quick. • AI-native. You use ChatGPT, Claude, Poppy, Notion, Claude Code, agents, automations, whatever makes you 10x faster. • Systems obsessed. Notion dashboards, hiring pipelines, travel systems, reminders, SOPs, AI workflows... you love designing order out of chaos. • Goofy + highly competent. You can crack jokes, brainstorm deeply, and still execute like a monster. • High energy. Momentum gives you life. Fast-moving founder chaos does not scare you. It excites you. • Life architect energy. You do not just book flights. You help design a better, more interesting, more legendary life. • Talent filter. You can help me screen operators, growth people, agencies, contractors, and save me from people who sound good but suck. • Shadow mode. You want to soak up how I think, what I care about, and eventually make decisions on my behalf because you know my taste.
