📋 Description

• Establish, maintain, and support Porch Moving Group’s Moving Service Provider relations • Develop an in-depth understanding of PMG products, services, and policies across different business units • Align network expectations throughout Moving Service Providers’ account lifetimes • Gather feedback on interfaces, services, and support through surveys, outbound calls, emails, and other channels • Educate Moving Service Providers on the benefits and expectations of their PMG accounts • Identify organizational goals and, in some cases, negotiate provider rates • Monitor provider performance and quality metrics and take action as needed • Set frequent check-ins and ensure expectations are met by the supply network • Identify mutual wins benefiting Moving Service Providers and PMG • Advocate for, upsell, and expand services while supporting retention of the provider network

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of prior experience working with moving providers in similar roles • Excellent English communication skills, written and oral • Strong interpersonal skills • Organizational skills • A strong ability to adapt • Experience working with move service providers • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams • A quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
