📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim. • Communicate home warranty information effectively. • Notate claim information accurately into the database. • Provide follow-up information to customers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma • 3-4 years working in customer-facing roles required. • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. • Extensive handyman/repair services experience. • Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues. • Excel Spreadsheet data entries. • Deal with escalated situations.

• Monthly incentive bonus: COP 175,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance • You will be eligible to receive incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
