📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim • Communicate home warranty information effectively • Note claim information accurately into the database • Provide follow-up information to customers as needed • Perform customer service functions and assist customers in submitting new claims requests • Provide additional information based on claim determinations • Manage queued call volume to assist customers in the shortest amount of time possible • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • High English proficiency • Great communication skills • Extensive handyman/repair services experience • Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues • Excel spreadsheet data entry experience • Ability to deal with escalated situations • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English language • Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST) • A quiet workspace with reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
