📋 Description

• Maintain accurate records and process data across Salesforce, Excel, and other business systems • Review data for errors, correct issues, and investigate discrepancies across connected systems • Create and update accounts, opportunities, and related records • Maintain sales and reporting trackers, and help teams understand and resolve data issues • Use AI tools to support analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvements • Help test and improve AI tools, automations, and integrations • Build practical experience with APIs, code, and technical tools while working with technical teammates to solve business problems • Identify repetitive tasks that could be made more efficient through improved processes or automation • Document workflows and share guidance with teammates • Help train new team members on Salesforce and other business tools • Support the Sales and Onboarding teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data operations, or a similar role • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including record management and reporting • 2+ years of experience with Excel, including data analysis and file management • 2+ years of experience in data quality, troubleshooting, or issue resolution across multiple systems • Strong attention to detail and a record of maintaining accurate data • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and own recurring processes • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and support business processes • Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or other technical concepts used in system integrations • Experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms • Experience training or onboarding team members • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams • A quiet space to work and an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
