📋 Description

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems. • Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents. • Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read, write and converse in English. • Data entry and administrative support experience a plus. • Ability to read and speak English. • Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States and ability to recognize incorrect data. • (Preferably) Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email.
